Date: 11 Sep 2010 Time: 3-4pm Venue: Bedok Library Fee: None Registration not required Mrs Arjunan Rajeswari is a Soil Scientist working in the Animal and Plant Health Laboratories of Agri-food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore conducting chemical and physical analysis of soil and nutrients. Synopsis Discovering soil related problems can be challenging, especially when plant symptoms are similar to those of insect, disease or other abiotic causes. This talk focuses on the common soil related problems, their identification and remedial measures with a basic introduction to soil properties and their management for better plant growth.
